Terms of Service

1. What we sell

OptimiSystems sells digital lead generation toolkits (ad creative libraries, sales scripts, CRM templates, dashboards and quarterly market reports) and optional managed services for solar installer brands operating in the European Union and the United Kingdom. All items are delivered electronically.

2. Eligibility

The materials are intended for use by businesses and professionals in the solar installation, EPC and energy services sectors. By purchasing you confirm that you are buying in the course of a business and are not a consumer for the purposes of UK or EU consumer protection law.

3. Payment

All payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Limited or Stripe Payments UK Limited, both of which are PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and may exclude VAT depending on your jurisdiction.

Card statements will show the charge under "OPTIMISYSTEMS". Please contact us before raising a chargeback if anything looks unfamiliar — we resolve most issues within one working day.

4. Delivery

Digital toolkits are delivered to the email address provided at checkout, typically within minutes. Managed services begin with a kickoff scheduled within seven business days of payment.

5. Refunds

Because the toolkits are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, we operate a 14-day issue-resolution policy. If a download fails, a file is corrupt, or a service deliverable is not produced as described, contact support@optimisystems.store within 14 days and we will either fix the issue or issue a refund.

6. Licence

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use each purchased toolkit:

• internally within your business;
• in client work for installer brands you advise;
• modified and adapted to fit your internal processes.

You may not resell, sublicense or otherwise distribute the original files as a competing product, training course or template marketplace listing.

7. Intellectual property

All copy, design, ad creative, code and methodology delivered as part of the toolkits and services remain the intellectual property of OptimiSystems, subject to the licence granted above.

8. Liability

OptimiSystems provides the toolkits and services "as is", without warranties as to commercial results. Our aggregate liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates apply to orders placed after the revised version is published. Material changes will be communicated by email to existing customers.
